1/2 kg meat( ribs only ) 1 tsp dalchini (powdered)
1 handi-spoonful ghee 4 pieces of laung
2 tsp sonth 1/2 tsp haldi
5 tsp sonf (powdered) salt to taste
Take a litre of water in a vessel, add the ingredients and place the pieces of ribs one by one into the water and boil till the meat turns tender.Remove the pieces and set aside.
