The tasty 'Ghee-smeared Flat Bread' of Robson All India

Recipe

100 gm ghee or vegetable oil
1/2 gm whole wheat flour

Cook like chapattis, but when black specks form on the phulka, smear ghee on both sides and turn over twice on the tava. Do not place them on an open fire.Make sure that both sides develop black specks before you apply ghee.
